Shipping policy

Orders are typically embroidered and shipped within 3–5 business days, since each item is made to order. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

We ship via USPS within the United States only — we do not currently offer international shipping. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after your order leaves our shop. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopoliveroot@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we aren't able to redirect packages once they've shipped, and we're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Contact information and Legal notice are unchanged from before. The one thing still open is whether you want a physical address (or PO box) listed on the Legal notice page — you can leave it as "operating online" if you'd rather not list one.
